I am planning to sell gluten free cakes from home, based on online orders. How do I get started?

Hi, I am contacting you regarding gluten free products labelling. As I am planning to start selling gluten free cakes from home, based on online orders, I am trying to find the best solutions to have safe and lawful production. How can I get 100% gluten free certified for my products and/or my company? What is the process? Is it possible to have a home production kitchen gluten free tested and certified, so that not every product I make needs to be tested before selling? The products will be mainly fresh cakes, so it would pose a problem if each of them has to be tested before being sold. Of course we would run constant routine tests of the products to be assured of its gluten content and that the kitchen is always free of gluten. Thank you in advance.

I believe that my colleague Lars has already answered your question by mail? If not, we reccomend that you start out following the instructions on this page belonging to the Norwegian Food authorities: https://www.mattilsynet.no/mat-og-drikke. The page is in Norwegian, but may easily be translated to English (or any other language) by google. If you have further questions, we are happy to help you at post@ncf.no (which will redirect you to Lars or me).
